When converting a point between EPSG:32156 and EPSG:26713 the results are
different depending on versions of GeoTools, version of the EPSG database and
also the type of the underlying DBMS.
The details are contained in the attached file (including a guess at a
workaround for the different underlying DBMS's).
Information on whether these are bugs or expected behaviour would be
appreciated.
