The following work is being considered:
Releasing 2.2.x - estimate of 5 days

- when? Well it has always been planned for the next uDig release ... or
the next GeoServer release... we should try going back to monthly
releases and stick version numbers on them when it makes sense
Feature Model Branch - estimate of 8 weeks
- http://docs.codehaus.org/display/GEOTOOLS/Feature+Model+Game+Plan
- when? Not currently scheduled, may be needed in June however
Coverage Branch - estimate was hard to tell from IRC (8 weeks again?)

- when? Unknown, we may not get this if we cannot figure out a way to
help out
In terms of the future:
- simboss will provide a list of tasks needed to merge the coverage branch
- chris holmes is organizing a planning meeting when simboss has a list
of tasks ready
Sounds like a lot of great work is available, So there has rarely been a
better time to volunteer :-)
