It could, but for the moment module/xml is not in the build so it
sholdn't matter. Is it an issue for you?
I spent a little time trying to write a quick test case for
FeatureType/FeatureCollectionType/FeatureCollectionTypeBuilder, but
ended up tying my brain in a knot -- will try again tomorrow.
Look at GMLTypeBuilderTest in ext/gml2 for an example of how to use the
TypeBuilder interface.
