Hey all,

trying to get my head around the "Features and CRS" thread on this and
the geoapi-devel list. As I can see it, the question relates to three
different circumstances:

1) current geotools based on simple features and jts geometries
2) post fm geotools based on richer features and jts geometries
2) post fm geotools based on richer features and geoapi geometries
Aside: Please note that FM will allow you to do both 1 & 2 from your list as it stands now (we allow for either JTS or GeoAPI geometries). To be nice to the standards police I am calling them SFSQL Geometry
in the documentation :-)
If this is right, I'd like to take a look at the fm branch javadocs. For
example, in the thread there was:
  Feature.getGeometry(geometryofinterest)
and I'd like to grok how that works.

Are the fm-branch javdocs up on the web?
Not needed, please see the geoapi pending javadocs :-)

Note we are defining the API in GeoAPI - hence the above links. You will see more on this as Justin
explores the Factory interfaces needed for Geometry creation.
