Nope, its all good no matter how I run from eclipse. I have a feeling
its how the forking of the tests is configured. The tests fly by pretty
fast which makes me think they are sharing a VM. How are the tests
currently set up on trunk or 2.2.x?

One problem though. Some tests pass in eclipse, but consistently fail
in maven:
ShapefileDataStoreTest
ShapefileReadWriteTest
I think there were some issues around this with the build on trunk
that were sorted out recently?
Are you running the tests individually in eclipse?
My experience has been that if you select the entire plugin and run the
tests simultaneously, the tests will also fail in eclipse.
Cheers,
Cory.
