Explain better the functioning of referencing.GeodeticCalculator
----------------------------------------------------------------

         Key: GEOT-856
         URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOT-856
     Project: GeoTools
        Type: Improvement

    Versions: 2.2-RC2
    Reporter: Adrian Custer

The javadocs for
  org.geotools.referencing.GeodeticCalculator
don't make it clear what's going on and from the source code I'm getting the
following impression.

The AnchorPoint is the "starting point" since "anchor" has no particular
meaning without being defined. The AnchorPoint is *always* considered valid.
It's set at (0,0) to begin with and can only be changed to another legitimate
value.

The *latest one set* of:
Direction (both Azimuth and distance) or
  DestinationPoint
trumps the other and determines what will be calculated.

Is that right? If so, let's add that to the initial javadoc of the class.
