1] Made a branch for the 19107 module and did the initial commit
(jts-wrapper).  Next step is to make Maven work.  I do not expect to have
internet access this weekend (long weekend in the US).
2] Made a summary page of my code review.  This contains the "high points".
Will finish class-by-class summary when I next have internet.
3] Details are in an OpenOffice database attached to the page (a kind of
mini-issue-tracker database application.)
