OrderedAxisAuthorityFactory is not going to be removed. Even with the Hint proposal, it still the
class performing the work under the hood, so this class is there to stay. The
OrderedAxisAuthorityFactory.register("EPSG") method is not removed neither; it is just deprecated in
favor of the case-by-case approach. We may undeprecate this particular method if it appears that it
is going to stay there for a while.
