SimpleRenderer example found on
http://docs.codehaus.org/display/GEOTOOLS/Tutorials does not work. Please
update it to work with some of the more recent versions. It has compile errors,
and when trying to fix these - it still has issues, such as just displaying a
small dot in the upper left corner. It is hard for newbies (as myself) to
figure out how to use this tool when there are no working examples.
