Do you means from the user point of view, or would you like more details about the change in the implementation side? From the user point of view, I tried to write instructions in the "What Geotools does (since 2.3)" section on http://docs.codehaus.org/display/GEOTOOLS/The+axis+order+issue On the implementation side, the changes were quite consequent because this task had not trivial issues (infinite recursivity and stuff like that). But I don't think that users need to know them. Is it the kind of changes that you want to know more about?
