Check the developers guide:
- http://docs.codehaus.org/display/GEOT/4+Roles+and+Responsibilities
The list is:
* ^ Ian Turton <http://docs.codehaus.org/display/%7Eianturton>
* ^ James Macgill <http://docs.codehaus.org/display/%7Ejmacgill>
* ^ Chris Holmes <http://docs.codehaus.org/display/%7Echolmes>
* ^ Martin Desruisseaux
<http://docs.codehaus.org/display/%7Edesruisseaux>
* ^ Ian Schneider <http://docs.codehaus.org/display/%7Eians>
* ^ Jody Garnett <http://docs.codehaus.org/display/%7Ejive>
* ^ Rueben Schulz <http://docs.codehaus.org/display/%7Erschulz>
* ^ David Blasby <http://docs.codehaus.org/display/%7Edblasby>
* ^ David Zwiers <http://docs.codehaus.org/display/%7Epolio>
* ^ Richard Gould <http://docs.codehaus.org/display/%7Ergould>
It does look like we need to refresh this list to reflect current
activity - something I was going to look into
after getting the geoserver PSC on its feet.
We also have James:

Right now Martin and Richard are maintaining the build process (thanks
guys!)

We have not had enough PMC vote on any topic for a while, on the plus
side very few topics
require the PMC to vote.
PMC Specific Votes:
- create a new module maintainer
- remove a module maintainer (75% majority)
- create a new PMC (75% majority)
Mandate:
- overall direction
- resolve decisions that cannot be resolved y module maintainers
- as few technical decisions as possible
PMC Responsibilities:
- Attend weekly IRC meetings (or give advanced notice)
- Maintain a release schedule
- willing to do dirty work to keep project moving forward
So our PMC list is kinda of broken right now on all three counts :-)
Fortauntly day-to-day work falls on module maintainers that are doing a
fine job (excepting Jalopy and IP check).
