I counted 3 or 4 positive votes. Note sure if it is enough... I commited the
remaining files (for
saving the work), but can remove them if needed.
The plugin/referencing3D module provide a working MathTransform. It is not yet
connected to
CoordinateOperationFactory, so not yet automatically used for 3D transforms.
But users can already
make direct use of the MathTransform.

MathTransform mt = factory.createParameterizedTransform(p);
