Martin,

I hereby explicitly agree to have PROJ.4 code used in the Geotools
project be relicensed under the LGPL under the same terms as the rest of
Geotools.

That should fix the mixture of licensing issue.  You can update the
headers to remove any mention of MIT/X licenses.

I'm also happy to provide a copyright assignment to the Geotools PMC
or OSGeo at such time as it is desired.  Till then I suppose I still
ought to be listed as a copyright holder.
