Actually, the only thing was to change the "svn:keywords" attributes in those 
file. I didn't touched 
to the file content itself, so I don't know where it come from.

But I looked at the content of those .prj files, and they are coordinate 
reference systems in plain 
WKT (Well Know Text) format. This format is an OGC standard, and the text 
content can probably be 
inferred from the EPSG database, which is freely distribuable.
