I think I am more keen on the schedule releases (say monthly) then going 
unstable/stable. The major players (or anyone that needs a stable 
target) can pitch in more time as needed if they have a deadline to 
hit.  I would like to make the process "non random" and "scheduled" 
something we have failed to do recently.
