Yeah, when you hit 'edit' the top box should contain 'space' and 'parent page'. You change the hierarchy by attaching children to new parent pages. And thanks for doing this, I spent some time doing it for geoserver, and it came out pretty nicely - http://docs.codehaus.org/display/GEOSDOC/Documentation+Tree (page is autogenerated with just:
{children:page=Documentation|depth=10|style=h2} )
