Add your questions/comments to the review.txt file, and place a copy of the Apache 1.1 license in your modules folder ... it was 1.1 when we first looked at it. Wonder how we can indicate that the Apache license only applies to the data? DATALICENSE.TXT and LICENSE.TXT perhaps?
