That is not a problem, we already have a small stable of glyphs. Before 
you leap though please check with codehaus, they may already
have some things sorted - or be able to sort things out for all projects 
in one go.  irc.codehaus.org channel codehaus last I checked.

Andrea I am tempted to start tracking proposals and votes on the wiki 
... what do you think? And I am not sure we need the PMC to vote
that often, I would like to lean more on the module maintainers unless 
there is some conflict, emergency or strategic thinking needed.

Lets get a little light weight as far as process goes ;-)

With respect to YourKit profiler, I do need to ask for one more thing 
(besides a logo), a write up in the developers guide showing how
to use the license, and where the download is (aka treat it just like 
Jalopy).
