My apologies for being tardy on the SLD 1.1 interfaces.  I have a 
temporary branch in place (sld-1.1) and have analyzed the 1.0 and 1.1 
specs, but have about 2 hours left to get what is on paper into code.  
Maybe tonight...  Was SLD 1.1 slated for M0 or M1?
