Okay, the release has been made but it is not absolutely complete. I 
need to fix the README file and finish performing other release tasks, 
but the first cut of the distribution archives are available:

I have not verified that the javadocs link to geoapi 2.0 rather than 
2.1. I'm not feeling too well (that's why I didn't get it done today) 
but should hopefully be able to finish up tomorrow. I'll make the 
release announcements next Monday morning.
