I have maintained your (C) notice, and added (C) 2005-2006 PMC and made
use of the standard GeoTools header,

reserved.
This code is licensed under the GPL 2.0 license, availible at the root
application directory.
I have added a TOPP (C) for the above mentioned time and removed the GPL
2.0 notice, as per standing agreement.
