Just a slight comment about "Contact EPSG Providers". The text said: "Frank was
kind enough to
contact the providers of the EPSG dataset and inform them of our difficulties
in delivering the
content verbatium for databases such as HSQL.". Actually epsg-hsql do provides
the EPSG database
verbatism (in an other format, but it still the complete EPSG database, not a
subset). The only
plugin suffering from the old EPSG licensing was epsg-wkt.
Should I update the wiki?
