is there somewhere a GML filter example for a time attribute? Are your queries located in the gt_complex-features branch? Have you used the standard LiteralExpression or there is a particoular filter implemented somewhere?

For WMS, we would ideally support the TIME parameter, but failing that
we can send filters in an SLD successfully. I have only tested this
