Hi, today I've found this: http://www.incava.org/projects/java/diffj/ Seems to be a diff utility especially geared towards java code that provides formatting independent diffs.
May be useful when comparing old and new code with different formatting styles. Still haven't tried it out cause I don't need it at the moment, but hope you may find that interesting.
