Could we consider keeping a scanned copy in SVN? "Storage somewhere" is
the kind of thing that really hurts the virtual nature of free software.
Since Faxes are legally binding, I presume a scanned copy of a letter
would be as well---is that true for most countries? Keeping the scanned
copy as part of the code would ensure the letters could always be found.
