Move the cache out of current streaming renderer, use a regular grid (or a
quadtree?), use ehcache or jboss cache (is there a cache provider facade?) ,
key by feature source, query, x, y.
How to handle SLD as well (to improve the filter in the query)? That's an open
question... maybe add a "cacheable" flag to query.... or even better do a
CacheableDataStore that acts as a wrapper around a normal data store.
