Compared to mozilla has good integration with project management and version
control thought. From the home page:

"Trac allows wiki markup in issue descriptions and commit messages, creating
links and seamless references between bugs, tasks, changesets, files and wiki 
pages"

I use nopaste at http://rafb.net/paste/, but this is not to share files, just
a free online clipboard that allows to share snippets that are too big for IM
apps (and provides sintax highlight too).
