Hi, I have tried to put together a steering document for the geotools project (for later review by Paul and Chris). Some of the feedback with respect to OSGeo involvement has been to seek other sources of funding for some of the geotools grunt work (like getting the releases out or improving stability and performance).
This document is a tool towards that end, I would like to ask for feedback (and also that we remember the stability and performance focus).
