The LiteCoordinateSequence and LiteCoordinateSequenceFactory classes are
currently defined in org.geotools.util. The org.geotools.geometry.jts package
would be a more appropriate place.
If we move those classes, we need to do a "deprecate first, then delete"
release cycle.
