Release has not been announced yet, usually we wait a day between 
constructing the artifacts and hearing back from others. I kind of thought
with Andrea at helm we were okay w/ respect to cite tests.

If we had not uploaded them the SF we could apply the patch and try 
again ... as it is I do not think SF will let us replace
artifacts with exactly the same name :-(

Lets through up another point release with the patch applied I guess ... 
and just make the release announcement once.

Where is this? On the 2.2.x branch or the 2.2.2 tag?
