Hey all, I don´t know what the situtation is with 2.2.x. On 2.3.x, therefore using the mvn javadoc plugin, the javadocs are *not* generated during the release process and therefore are *always* generated with the wrong version information. I suspect this only influences information in the root window frames and therefore could be fixed by hand editing the resulting web site from 2.x.x-SNAPSHOT to 2.x.x.
Something on my list of ¨mvn mysteries¨to digest in the future. --adrian On 10/12/06, Jody Garnett <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Andrea Aime wrote: > > Has already been a bad day (primary hard disk in my PC broke) > > so please be patient and don't touch 2.2.x > > > So listening in on IRC andrea has made it as far as the javadocs - the > releaes process for 2.2.x differs from trunk (it uses our own custom > plugin http://docs.codehaus.org/display/GEOT/2.6+Generating+Javadoc). > > I think Cory and Andrea started trying to move 2.2.x to use the normal > maven javadoc:javadoc target ... but I am not sure how far they got. > > It was also unclear on the instruction page why the javadocs were to be > generated from 2.2.x (rather then the 2.2.1 tag that had been created by > this point in the release process).
