The following JIRA task already has some extra numbers: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOT-774 I have not yet commited them to SVN only because I didn't had the time to finish epsg-ext-esri yet. But if you wish, I could commit it tomorrow (even if unfinished) so you can check for the presence of 42102 and 41001 numbers?
