I fixed the above wiki page for the new directory layout.
Back on the question about SVN access for Cédric, I have some hesitation about
whatever a NetCDF reader should be a module on its own or integrated into a
larger "Coverage I/O" module. I hope to have a clearer picture after I reviewed
the Coverage I/O work. In the main time, the "spike" directory was just a
temporary place for collaboration with Simone until a decision is taken.
However, we may have a clearer candidate for a new module: Sanjay's work on ISO
19107 :). I will ask him if he agree to work on a "unsupported/geometry" module.
