Yes, I think that the diagram is quite accurate. I would suggest to ommit 
"CRSUtilities". Generally speaking, everything in "org.geotools.resources" is 
unsupported (used for internal purpose, but may change at any time. This 
package 
is ommited from javadoc). I will move selected methods from CRSUtilities to 
CRS, 
which is the supported class.

I don't know yet. I need to see what the geometry implementation will look like.
