During the IRC meeting, we voted make the following change in directories on
trunk:
* Move the unsupported modules enumerated in the GTSteering document from
"modules/library", "modules/plugin" or "modules/extension" to
"modules/unsupported".
* Move the eclipse_codetemplate.xml and eclipse_formatter.xml files
currently on trunk to a new "build/eclipse" directory.
* Move the current "maven" directory to "build/maven" for consistency
with the previous point.
If nobody object, I plan to process tomorrow.
