Cory has corrected me:
- Normal unit tests end up having about 5 seconds per module (to meet 
our target build time).
- Continuous (or "Online") tests you will need to sort out with Justin 
in terms of your time budget.
- Nightly builds is where you do what you need to do to get your code 
coverage; part and parcel with that would be nightly builds running 
"clover" or some such to report code coverage I guess.
