I will move GeneralGridGeometry.getEnvelope as a GeneralEnvelope constructor,
replacing the "boolean halfPix" argument by a ISO 19115 PixelInCell argument.
For the GeneralGridGeometry.getTransform method, I need more though. Will try
to
fix that today since I already commited changes that are going to be
performance
problem. Maybe an other XAffineTransform method, but I'm not yet sure.
