JIRA task for some other projects include wiki markup. Example:

This is quite convenience for posting code in a JIRA task. But wiki markup
doesn't seem to be enabled in GEOT. Does anyone know how to enable them? I
searched in the "admin" pages and have been unable to find a switch.
