I got this failure a few days ago. It seems to be caused by
geoapi-nogenerics-2.1-M1.jar which seems to has been modified and overwritten
without upgrating the number ro -M2 (but I'm may be wrong, this is just an
hypothesis). I fixed this build failure by deleting the
.m2/repository/org/geotools/opengis/geoapi-nogenerics/2.1-M1 and launching "mvn
install" again.
