Fair enough. I'm not going to be as verbose as Andrea but I'll
outline our plans for uDig.
1. The list of bugs on the 1.1 road map is around 25 or so once they
are patched 1.1 will be released officially.
2. 1.1.1 will be release very shortly after and in an odd move it
will be based on Geotools 2.3 rather than the 2.2.x branch. This is
because uDig really needs to take advantage of the GridCoverage work
that has been put into the branch. Naturally there will also be bug
fixes included in the release.
3. 1.1.2 will be strictly bug fixes and will be released a couple
months after 1.1.1
4. 1.2 is already under development and is based off of Geotools
trunk. The focus of 1.2 will be on:
- Improving printing (shouldn't affect Geotools too much)
- Migrate to using the Geotools catalog.
- Improved/extended Styling
- Filter editor
- Oracle and ArcSDE optimizations and compliance testing/fixes
- Overview map
Thats the main points.
