We had a quick look at SLD 1.1 and it seems there won't be any huge breakage from our current interfaces, so go for it (otherwise we would want to quickly implement 1.1 for you). Also: there have been some changes to how styles are generated using the brewer extension. Check out the "Classifier" class and its affiliated ClassificationFunctions -- it is a nice bundle which holds ranges and breaks information... I'll try to get the thematic styling page on udig trunk synchronized with trunk so there is a good example of use. Basically, we will put a Classifier and a set of colours into the brewer StyleGenerator class, and it gives us a StyledLayerDescriptor object back -- definitely need some documentation there :) Cheers, Cory. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys.
