Hi Justin, we got a strange one here. The conflict occurs when svn up is 
called, the code is fine in svn ... but after an svn up a conflict needs 
to be resolved on the users machine.

Or in this case the build box.

Does the build box do a fresh checkout once a day? Or can I ask you to 
go in and kick it ...
