Maybe low level design... I admit that the document is still rough. Its
too bad you can mark a page as published, because i literally just
started the page, it might be a bit early for feedback.

If this document is not focused on users then is

I guess users who want to implement support for a particular schema.
Which I admit doesn't come around every day... but i need to document
how the parser operates somewhere, as it does affect people writing
bindings.
