Microsoft Excel in a French locale environment...
Excel is used a lot by many scientists. Some of them are not confortable
with software jungle and do most of their work with a single software.
It is actually quite convenient for some kind of work (OpenOffice Calc
too), it just can't handle a large amount of data.
