Yes, postgis has not been converted to the new online tests system.
Unfortunatley its not a good example for you to base off of for now. I
think Cory set up one somewhere. Perhaps he can point us in the right
direction.

The profile is just to enable a set of tests, ones ending in online.
Thats all. The profile does not manage what gets loaded, or from where.

I see. Well the way we have set it up is that any resources that isn't a
file ( server, dbms ), no matter wether its local or remote is
considered online. If you want to hit the same type of resource on a
different server you have to change the fixture in the repository.

Not sure what this buys us. How can one assume they have the resource
available locally so that by default the test can run.
