Hopefully that will help the next person :-) If you do have some time to look into the Java 6 problems we do accept patches; for now we should ensure the issue is on our bug tracker. You also mentioned some problems with "mvn idea:idea" .. if you can be more specific perhaps we can hunt down the problem in one of the pom.xml files?
