It's an eclipse plugin, has a free edition, and the full edition can be used by open source project developers for free. Well, I don't have time to test it out now, but sure it looks like a very interesting plug-in. Just wanted to let you know, I discovered it by accident, never seen it advertised, so I guess it's no well known.
