We have an issue of communication it is true; my order of priorities are: 1. Module Matrix Page (so user can at least tell if they need to "give up and support themselves"). David Zwiers does answer email on the user list, but he also wants very detailed error reports possible with test case. Jesse has been "nicer" to uDig developers (but he still asks that they give him a server to hit). Updating the module matrix page to make this clear is #1 2. User Documentation with a working example 3. Javadocs
