Nope, it did not go anywhere :(
I posted a patch cc'ing Martin, the javacc maven module mantainer, but I 
guess he never noticed it, mixed in the geotools ml traffic.
I've now opened a Jira issue, http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOT-1195,
