You are of course correct Andrea - thanks. Reviewing email - proposal was made on the 16th, leaving today as the 15 day mark.
I see that I only asked people to vote on it on the 19th - pushing this out past the monthly release mark :-( This seems like a long time to wait and I suppose it would be nice if it could go ahead and be included in this months release. I will leave the javadocs as @version PENDING REVIEW I guess.
